GUNI Guru – Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GUNI Guru (PDV Education Pvt. Ltd.), we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences. Before making any purchase, we encourage learners to review the course or workshop details carefully.

1. Refund Eligibility

• A refund request will be considered only if it is submitted within 48 hours of the purchase/payment.

• Refund requests received after 48 hours from the date and time of payment will not be accepted.

• Once the refund request is approved, the amount will be processed through the original mode of payment within 10-15 working days, subject to banking timelines.

2. Online Courses & Digital Products

• Refund requests for online courses, subscriptions, recorded sessions, or other digital learning products are accepted only within 48 hours of purchase, provided the learner has not substantially accessed or consumed the course content.

• No refund will be provided after the 48-hour refund window.

3. Offline Workshops, Seminars & Events

• No monetary refund will be provided for any fees paid towards offline workshops, seminars, masterclasses, conferences, or events.

4. Cancellation by GUNI Guru

If GUNI Guru cancels or reschedules an event due to unforeseen circumstances:

• Participants may choose to attend the rescheduled programme; or

• Request an adjustment of the paid amount towards another GUNI Guru course or event; or

• Receive a refund where applicable, at the sole discretion of GUNI Guru.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

• Refund requests made after 48 hours of purchase.

• Fees for offline workshops or events (except as stated above).

• Convenience charges, payment gateway charges, taxes (where applicable), and other third-party processing fees.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact our support team with:

• Registered Mobile Number

• Registered Email Address

• Order/Transaction ID

• Course/Event Name

• Reason for Refund Request

All refund requests must be sent within 48 hours of the payment.

7. Final Decision

GUNI Guru reserves the right to verify every refund request and make the final decision regarding eligibility. By purchasing any course, workshop, or service from GUNI Guru, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
